This site describes services offered by Galenry Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract.

Work is carried out under a separate signed agreement that sets out scope, price, timelines and liability for that specific engagement. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

Accuracy of what is published

We keep the descriptions of our practices, stacks and process current, but they describe our general approach rather than a commitment for any particular project.

Figures shown in case studies are the client's own measurements, published with their permission. Where a figure is illustrative rather than measured, we say so on the page.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to Galenry unless credited otherwise. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

Work we produce under an engagement belongs to the client on the terms of that agreement — in our standard terms, on payment, including source and infrastructure definitions.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it. This does not limit liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

This site and these terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
